In an industry rife with mismanagement, Brandon Van Asten operates as a Capital Allocator first and an Operator second. With 10 years as a CPA and 8 years in cannabis finance (including serving as Corporate Controller for a major multi-state operator), Brandon has engineered the "My Dealer" model to be a modular, scalable machine.

He has put his life's savings into this project, refinanced his home, and left a secure corporate career to maximize the odds of success.

Our intitial focus has been on securing locations in limited license municicpalities located on the Wisconsin/Minnesota border. With caps on retail stores at 1 per 12,500 people, being located near borders offers additional upside compared to average. The land grab in these areas is very competitive and required us to move swiftly. As upstream supply chains normalize we will continue expanding and move into phase 2 and 3 of our longer term vision. Investors in phase 1 will have preferred access to future phases.
