The opening team · Bayport

Good people. High standards. Room to grow.

If you have bartended a Saturday, waited tables, or run a shop that actually cares, you already know the hard parts. We can teach cannabis. Warmth is the part we hire for.

Current openings

Lean launch team is anticipated to grow quickly.

Brandon, our founder, will operate the store alongside the team for the first several months. This is the starting crew, not the final headcount.

A candid startup note

Slow first. Fast later.

Minnesota's adult-use supply chain is still developing. Opening inventory will be narrower than mature-market shops. We will be honest about what is in stock, help people choose from what we have, and add depth as licensed supply grows.

Early days: training, organizing, cleaning, receiving, refining. Later: a busy bar. Quick decisions, multiple customers, constant resets, plenty of personality.
